WOODRUFF- Richard Dean “Ricky” Hyman, 66, of 616 Round Street passed away Friday, June 14, 2024, at his home.

  He was born October 19, 1957, in Spartanburg County to the late Clarence Hyman and Mary Reeves Chapman.  He was a retired textile employee with Clinton Mill.

  Surviving is his companion, Denise Woody of the home; four daughters, Nikki Goggins of Enoree, Jennifer Crompton of Moore, Samantha Hyman of Simpsonville and Amber Jones of Gray Court; one sister, Dianne Casey of Enoree; one brother, Sam Hyman of Enoree; 15 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.  He was predeceased by a brother, Frankie Hyman.

  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Enoree First Freewill Baptist Church by Rev. Montey Guffey.  Interment will follow at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.
