WOODRUFF- Ronald “Ronnie” Ball,78, of 125 Racetrack Road went home to be with the Lord Monday, December 15, 2025, at his home.

  He was born September 8, 1947, to the late AJ Ball and Mary Jane McGaha Ball.  He was a member of the Woodruff Church of God and a retired employee with MEMC.  Ronnie was President of his Senior Class of 1966 at Woodruff High School.

  Surviving is his wife, Kimberlyn “Kim” Sexton Ball of the home; one daughter, Michelle Williams (Mike) of Woodruff; stepdaughter, Heather Ann Smith (Raymond Coolidge III) of Mauldin; one sister, Dot Richards of Woodruff; 4 grandchildren, Logan, Hailey, Veda and Dexter.  He was predeceased by a son, Ronald Jason Ball and a brother, Rev. Buster Ball.

  Graveside services will be held Friday, December 19, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Greenhaven Memorial Gardens with a Eulogy by Mr. Mike Lawrence.

  Serving as pallbearers, Mike Lawrence, Mike Williams, Dennis Crocker, Danny Knight, Willie Phillips and Johnny Pearson.

  Visitation will be held immediately following the service at the home of his sister, Dot Richards, 500 Briarcliff Drive, Woodruff.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.
