WOODRUFF- Charles Rossie Sherbert, 80, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2020 at Regional Hospice Home.

He was born October 31, 1940 in Spartanburg County to the late Charles Robert and Eula Mae Cannady Sherbert.

Surviving are one brother, William Earl Sherbert of Woodruff; one sister, Bobbie Sherbert Elliott of Spartanburg; one niece, Lynn E. Amos (Lynn K.) of Waxhaw, N.C.; one nephew, Mark Elliott (Sheryl M.) OF Roebuck; three great-nephews, Tyler Amos, Ryan Amos and Chad Elliott; one great-niece, Kate Elliott. He is also survived by several cousins. He was predeceased by a brother, James Harold Sherbert.

The family would like to give a special thank you to his cousins and friends who have shown great support during the last few months.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, January 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Kenneth Owens and Rev. Jerry Sherbert. Music will be provided by Mrs. Kim Chesney Roberson, Pianist.

Interment will follow at Highland Home Baptist Church Cemetery, Gray Court

Visitation will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. prior to the service.

Due to COVID 19 it is requested that masks and social distancing be practiced during the visitation and funeral service.
