KINARDS- Ruth White Lowe, 40, of 3301 Whitmire Hwy., passed away Sunday, April 25, 2021 at her residence.

She was born August 25, 1980 to the late Gerald Elliot White and Renee White Ivey. She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her partner, Doug Frey of Woodruff; husband, Lincoln Lowe Jr. of Spartanburg; two daughters, Cali Nicole Condon of Parrish, Alabama and Kimberlee Sierra Ann Senona Howard of Landrum; one son, Kyle Lowe of Kinards; two sisters, Brandy Michelle White Harris of Pickens and Brianna Shay White of Greenville; two brothers, Jerry White of Woodruff and Roger Dwayne Ivey of Maryland; 1 grandson, Leo Hunter Lowe.

A celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at a later date to be announced.
