WOODRUFF- Sandra Dianne “Sandy” Thackston, 61 of 1043 West Georgia Road passed away Sunday, November 6, 2022, at her home.

  She was born May 22, 1961, to the late Buford and Gail Peace Manly.  She was a former machine operator with Cryovac and a member of West End Baptist Church.

  Surviving is one daughter, Kimberly Leatherwood of Woodruff; one son, Michael Leatherwood of the home; two brothers, Tim Manly (Rhonda) of Woodruff and Wendell Manly (Sonya) of Boiling Springs.

  Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 9, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. at the Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Ricci Allen.

  Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee, 38105.

  A cremation will follow the service.
