WOODRUFF- Tony Carroll Waddell, age 65, husband of Shirley Ballard Waddell of 417 Switzer Green Pond Road passed away on Monday, June 27, 2022, at Spartanburg Medical Center.

Born in Spartanburg County on March 23, 1957, to the late L.C. and Evelyn Pearson Waddell. Tony was attending Bellview Baptist Church and he was a retired truck driver with LKQ Corporation.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Michael) Giesick and Nikki Waddell both of Woodruff; one brother, Mike Waddell of Woodruff and one grandchild, Kohen Giesick.

Funeral services will be held 3:00 PM at Bellview Baptist Church on Friday, July 1, 2022, officiated by Rev. Carey Caldwell and Rev. Ray Mims. Interment will be in the Bellview Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at Lanford Gwinn Mortuary.
