WOODRUFF- Gary Wayne Pendley,77, of 10 Walnut Drive went home to be with the Lord, Saturday, December 21, 2024, at Regional Hospice Home.

  He was born April 8, 1947, in Calhoun, Georgia to the late Will and Colleen Pendley.  He was a member of Bellview Baptist Church and was a retired truck driver.

  Surviving is his wife, Peggy Hudson Pendley of the home; two sons, Scott Simmons (Colleen) of Woodruff and Rick Simmons (Connie) of Laurens; 8 grandsons, 12 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

  A visitation will be held Friday, December 27, 2024, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary.

  No other services will be held.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303.
