William B. Patterson

WOODRUFF- William Boyd Patterson, 69, of 1114 East Georgia Road passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at Regional Hospice Home.

  He was born December 18, 1954, in Laurens County to the late Georgia Boyd “Pat” Patterson and Rosa Lee Hostetler Patterson.  He was a retired textile employee.

  Surviving are two daughters, Tammy Hammett and Angela Patterson; brother, Charles Jerry “Mickey” Crowe of Woodstock, Georgia, close friend and caregiver, Susie Starnes Warren of Woodruff.  He was predeceased by his brothers, Carl Patterson, Johnny Crowe, Niles Crowe, Jimmy Crowe and Roy “Ricky” Crowe.

  A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, June 19, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the chapel of Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary with Rev. Fred Quidley officiating.

The family will receive friends following the service at the mortuary.
