WOODRUFF- Yvonne Osteen Lane,91, of 1711 River Road went home to be with the Lord, Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at her home.

  She was born May 25, 1934, in Spartanburg County to the late Francis Marion Osteen and Flossie Casey Osteen and was the widow of Grover Lane.  She was a member of Bellview Baptist Church and was a retired employee with Cryovac with over 35 years of service.

  Surviving are two daughters, Brenda Sherbert (Ray) of Woodruff and Melissa Smith (Wendell) of Woodruff; one son, Charlie Lane (Kathy) of Woodruff; 8 grandchildren; 16 + great-grandchildren and 13+ great-great-grandchildren.   She was predeceased by a foster son and daughter-in-law, Lewis and Debbie Simmons.

  Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 11, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. at Lanford-Gwinn Mortuary Chapel by Rev. Carey Caldwell.  Interment will follow at Bellview Baptist Church Cemetery.

  Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. prior to the service.

  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bellview Baptist Church Building Fund, 901 Bellview Road, Woodruff, S.C. 29388
